Observer (Observation Skills Screening Exercise) for screening and shortlisting of CCTV operator applicants, and the placement of personnel in behaviour intensive surveillance roles including policing, floor security (eg., casinos and hotels), guarding operations, and VIP protection services where effective observation skills are essential.
The exercise requires you to identify various kinds of behaviour among a set of moving figures. Your accuracy, reaction time and level of false alarms are measured as a part of this.
